Highlighter: MAC Hyper Real Glow
I can safely say I know my highlighters and rarely fall in love with one but this one by MAC is highly recommended – and probably the first highlighter from the brand I fall for. They’ve launched two palettes, my favorite is the get it glowin’, which is a palette of 3 gold highlighters – highly pigmented and because they’re creamy powder formulas, they’re easy to blend.
Foundation: Dior foundation 24 hr wear full coverage
Dior do make some of the best foundations, and I’m in love with their brand new one. FULL coverage and water based – makes this the perfect product to use from day to night to cover imperfections, without it feeling too heavy on the skin.
Lips: Clinique Pep Start night mask
With the air-conditioning, weather and liquid lipsticks, my lips get quite dry. I love using this new product from Clinique – an overnight lip mask you can apply before bed. If I’m going out, I like to apply it on my lips while I’m applying the rest of my make up.
Powder: Laura Mercier take a powder powder and puff
Everyone always raves about Laura Mercier’s translucent powder, so I had to get my hands on it. I love using it over my foundation for a sheer matte finish and a great way to set the make up (not usually a fan of primers, so I depend on loose powders and a setting spray.)
Lipstick: Jeffree Star lip ammunition in celebrity skin
So happy to Jeffree Star’s products here in Dubai (available at Wojooh stores). I tend to stick to liquid lipsticks these days, but really loving Star’s bullet lipsticks, which are matte, hydrating and highly pigmented. Celebrity skin is my favorite color.
